Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is ONLY applicable for selected locations as listed in the attached document and is based on a first come first serve basis.
- This promotion is ONLY limited to the first 20 customers who sign up within the promotion period.
- The center must operate at Ground Floor as per the full globalart standard set up guide.
- The owner must be committed in operating the center full time with a minimum of 5 operation days.
- The business cannot be terminated within a period of 2 years in operation. Otherwise, the franchisee shall pay the waived Franchisee Fee at RM20,000.00 upon the termination with a period of less than 2 years in operation.
- The business cannot be sold or transferred within the agreement terms. Otherwise, the franchisee shall pay the waived Franchisee Fee at RM20,000.00.
- The business must commence within 6 months after the signed agreement with a booking fee of RM5000. The agreement will be withdrawn and booking fee will be forfeited if the center do not commence business within 6 months or after 30th September 2019.
- Franchisee shall commit to the Agreement Fee at RM 2,000, Full training program for 2 teachers at RM 5,200 (Except DecoArt Workshop & Birthday Party Package), and full globalart display merchandizes.
- This promotion is open to existing franchisee (limited to 1 center per branch) and it is also subject to approval.
